Trond Bernhard Brekke (1951-), Bachelor of Business Administration from Denver University , took over the management of Bernhd. Brekke and Brekke Industrier AS in 1976 after completing his studies in Norway, France and the USA. Under his management Brekke Industries developed into one of the most important family-owned industrial companies in Trøndelag.

In 1997 he withdrew from the daily running of Brekke Industrier AS in order to concentrate both on the parent company Bernhd. Brekke Ltd, and on strategic board tasks, new projects and investments.

Trond Brekke is Honorary Consul for Estonia (1999 - ) and a member of several Supervisory Boards.
