Brekke Industrier AS, established in 1964, was a leading manufacturer of flexible polyurethane (foam) in the Nordic and Baltic region. The production facilities in Norway, Finland and Estonia were in 2008 sold to the Belgium group Recticel.
Today Brekke Industrier AS is a holding company with its head office in Trondheim. The area of business is real estate and investments in financial and industrial companies.

Kawe AS is a subsidiary to the Norwegian registered Garda AS where Bernhd. Brekke owns 1/3 of the shares. Kawe is a real estate company in Estonia (100% owned of Garda), which focuses on long term investments in real estate in Estonia.

Real estate company (50% owned), which rents out commercial properties on Øysand, Melhus municipality.
